CitadelSolar Worldwide Marketplace
Transparent Matching Process

How CitadelSolar Connects Property Owners with Certified Solar Installers

CitadelSolar is an independent global solar matching platform. We do not manufacture panels or lock you into one brand. Instead, we capture structured project specifications, verify requirements, and connect you with certified regional solar contractors.

Step 1

Structured Energy Intake

Homeowners, commercial property managers, and agricultural operators complete our 8-step assessment covering location, property authority, average electric utility spend, desired solar architecture (backup, hybrid, or off-grid), and target timeline.

Step 2

Verification & Screening

To protect both customers and contractors from bogus requests, we verify reachability via SMS OTP or admin review, screen for duplicates, and evaluate technical readiness before matching.

Step 3

Controlled Contractor Matching

Approved projects are allocated either exclusively to a single preferred contractor or matched with a maximum of 3 certified regional contractors whose capabilities align with your project scope.

Step 4

Assessment & Custom Proposals

Matched contractors reach out via your preferred method (phone, WhatsApp, or email) to review electrical specifications, arrange a digital or on-site survey, and submit formal proposals.
