Applicable to Project Applicants and Participating Solar Installation Contractors Worldwide
1. Nature of the CitadelSolar Platform
CitadelSolar is an independent clean energy lead-generation, qualification, and contractor matching platform. We are not a solar equipment manufacturer, engineering contractor, or direct lender. All technical designs, warranties, electrical installation contracts, and financing agreements are executed directly between the client and the independent licensed solar contractor.
2. Independent Engineering & Cost Estimates
Solar electricity yields, battery backup hours, and payback estimates depend on individual site conditions, local utility electricity tariffs, shading, and local building codes. CitadelSolar does not guarantee specific utility bill savings or financing approvals.
3. Participating Contractor Standards
Solar installation businesses participating in CitadelSolar agree to:
- Use customer contact details solely for providing requested solar quotations and assessments.
- Never resell, publish, or spam customer contact information.
- Maintain valid electrical contractor licenses, professional certifications, and general liability insurance.
